The restaurant serves, since 1977, a typical Sardinian cuisine, the result of tradition handed down for generations from mother to daughter. The dishes range from menu 'of land to the typical flavors of the sea, all accompanied by the best-known wines of Sardinia.

All pasta dishes are made with homemade pasta in the best tradition of Sardinia. These are some of the dishes we offer. Among the appetizers we report a very good ham Seui (NU) and a selection of Sardinian cheeses, and tender to mature. Among the first there are the ravioli with ricotta and spinach, "culurgionis" (stuffed with potatoes, cheese and spices), and "spitzulus" (pinches of egg pasta with porcini mushrooms is that the seafood). Sardinian roast suckling pig, wild boar or goat cannonau wine and herbs, sardines, veal with porcini mushrooms or Vernaccia wine, fresh fish and gulf shrimp fried some of our proposals are the main dishes. While among the desserts, all homemade always, we offer "sebadas" (fried pastry stuffed with fresh unsalted cheese) with honey to taste bitter strawberry or wildflower honey, small ravioli stuffed with almond paste. The winery offers, besides the excellent "Nuragus" (white wine) and "Cannonau" (red wine) and sweet muscat (amber dessert wine), all property, a selection of the best sardines. The atmosphere is friendly, typical Sardinian furnishings. Summer outdoor service. Winter room with fireplace. The evening also hosts the square outside the pizzeria. |
